The following grading system is what we at Eibhlinn Studios to determine what is a "Standard" and a "Seconds" pin. Pins are inspected in either natural sunlight or a well-lit room in white/”daylight” at arms length and close-up. Please also understand that pins are handmade items and thus no pin is “perfect” but we attempt our very best to provide you the best pin possible.

Standard Grade

• Small/Light marks, scuffs, or scratches on the metal/enamel surface

• tiny, not noticeable air bubbles

• Small specks, dots, dust, stray glitter, or bubbles 

• Unevenness in glow in the dark effect

• Minor uneven fill

• Minor imperfection in plating

• Other minor flaws only visible upon close-up inspection or from a certain lighting/angle.

Seconds Grade

• Noticeable smudges, stains, stray dusts, pitting

• Noticeable or deep scratches visible from the front across the enamel/metal

• Oxidation

• Noticeable misaligned screen-print

• Multiple minor flaws as listed above

P4P

• Ungraded- will not ship out severely damaged pin.

Disclaimer

Pins are inspected twice by myself and my helper, though we are only human so if you feel a pin you received does not meet our grading criteria please reach out to us. Loose backings are not considered a flaw as they are made to wiggle to prevent the post from breaking under stress/pressure. The backside of the pin is not included in grading.

Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 2-5 business days.

• As of December 11 2024, We will be suspendikng shipping to all European Union due to General Product Safety Regulation 2024.
• We currently ship Worldwide. Except to the following countries: Afghanistan, New Caledonia, Yemen, Belarus, Brunei, Russia, Central African Republic,Sudan, Laos, and Syria

• Due to Covid-19:There is potential delays in both shipping and production. Due to this International Shipments may be delayed, but all packages will include tracking.

Tracking Info:

• Customers can track any package via USPS or UPS
• Tracking may take up to 24 hours to display

In-Hand orders

• Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 2-5 Business days to process it for delivery.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Pre-Orders

• Once Pre-Orders close, it can take up to 3-5 months to have pins manufactured and shipped to the USA. 
• Once received we will begin grading the merchandise and begin shipping within 7 days.

Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners are presented below. You can find them when choosing for a delivery method before confirming your order:

• United-States: 1-7 days
• Canada: 2-14 days
• Worldwide: 2-4 weeks

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for any packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect address inputted during checkout. If you do need an address change to an order please reach out via email.

Any lost packages will be processed through USPS or UPS claims and will not be reshipped until investigation resolved. We recommend adding insurance to all orders.

Customers are Responsible for all import Taxes and Duties

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

• The customs value is made up of:
• the price paid for the goods,
• the insurance cost,
• the shipping cost.

• Exchanges and Returns are not accepted as all sales are FINAL.
• If you received the wrong item, please contact us with pictures and we will sent out the correct item once the original item is returned. If the item is out of stock we will provide a refund or a substitute pin if applicable.
• If an item is damaged during transit, I am unable to refund you as the damage was done by the carrier. I will secure your package to the best of my ability. Please upgrade to priority mail, if you are worried about shipment damage. Also note that if you have not purchased an A grade there will be flaws. Please check out the grading policy before purchasing.
